I'm constantly finding blogs that use poor English. I think many of these are from non-English speaking countries. So they are at a disadvantage. Nevertheless, if they want to blog in English to get English-speaking visitors, they need to learn to use the language correctly. Everyone lets a typo or grammar oversight slip through occasionally. That's forgivable, but when a post demonstrates no fluency in English, I don't enjoy reading it. Besides that, I find that the content is often second or third rate even without the English problems. Blogs that talk about how bad other blogs, people and things are. I would rather read a blog that was written poorly but has a very interesting topic than to read a nicely written blog with a dull content.
