Google alerts is an awesome tool. I use it everyday to keep track of important keywords. You will find articles and blogs that you never knew existed.

It is also possible to watch the new Google search results via RSS.
The support for RSS is not build directly into Google Alerts,
so I build a workaround site:
<a href="http://uselever.com/" rel="nofollow">Daily Search Results</a>

Just do search and you get feed link with your search keywords.
That is how I've found you :).
